BRITTANY STINSON
I grew up in a close-knit, motivated family full of dreamers and leaders, which inspired my own drive to grow, learn, and help others do the same. Over the past 15 years, I’ve built a career in healthcare across both frontline and leadership roles, giving me a deep understanding of people, systems, and the complexities of navigating change.
Like many who seek coaching, I’ve experienced pivotal life moments—career transitions, personal shifts, loss, and conflict. Each challenge has strengthened my resilience and shaped the tools I now use to move forward with clarity and purpose. Perhaps the greatest lesson I’ve learned though, is that I don’t have to face these difficulties on my own—there is real power in reaching out for support when moving through life’s major decisions.
As a coach, I bring an open-minded, empathetic presence to every conversation. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can be fully heard, explore what matters most to you, and uncover the confidence to create meaningful change in your life.
EDUCATION INFORMATION
I am a certified coach through the International Coaching Group and have completed the education requirements for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am actively completing the required coaching hours to achieve my Level 1 ACC designation, demonstrating my commitment to professional excellence and adherence to the ICF’s rigorous standards.
MORE ABOUT
Coaching
Coaching is a supportive, forward-focused process designed to help you create meaningful change in your life. It’s a collaborative partnership where we explore what’s possible for you—clarifying your goals, uncovering your strengths, and finding the steps that feel right for you. Coaching helps you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be, while building more clarity, confidence, and fulfillment along the way.
At its heart, coaching is an open and honest conversation. Together, we’ll look at what’s really going on beneath the surface—what might be getting in the way, what strengths you can lean on, and what actions will move you forward. Real progress happens when you’re ready for change, open to being coached, and willing to take small, consistent steps toward what you want.
